Jec’s program focuses on tailoring an individualized fitness approach for your horse based on a combination of ground work, poles/cavaletti, and under saddle flatwork. If you have specific training/strengthening concerns, Jec has a variety of exercises to help horses find their way to a more comfortable and efficient ease of movement.
Jec currently works with students and their equine partners across the globe through publications, customized fitness plans, online courses, and in person clinics.
